  • Development and implementation of solution road maps in alignment with IT Project Portfolio Management
  • Managing the strategic relationship between IT and business
  • Understanding of business needs and pain points, requirements and expectations as these relate to technology and digital service offerings
  • Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address customer needs
  • Change management to improve collaboration between business units and IT organization
  • Support business case calculations and project priorization
  • Optimization of business processes
  • Regular communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, exchange with senior level management
  • Consult on technological developments and trends
  • Act as main interface to Richemont central functions and other maisons on group-wide initiatives and solutions

  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives and/or project portfolios or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Digital
  • Broad range of exposure to brand/retailer digital & IT environments and business segments in corporate structures
  • Proven track record in international, cross-functional business planning, controlling and/or process optimization
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Excellence in strategic planning and operational execution
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3, S/4 is a plus
  • A team player powered by emotional intelligence who can collaborate with cross-functional & multi-cultural teams
  • Ability to present, influence and challenge stakeholders on senior management level
  • Knowledge of Salesforce solutions a plus
  • Hands-on, can-do mentality, solution-thinking
