For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a:
E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben
- Control, development, and optimization of our internet booking dialogue
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our internet booking dialogue
- Use of web analytics, tracking and reporting tools to identify optimization potential and derive actionable measures
- Development and implementation of direct marketing measures, focusing on the customer journey and customer reviews
- Implementation of direct marketing initiatives both digitally and in print on board our ferries
- Identification and implementation of AI and automation use cases in E-Commerce and digital marketing
- Continuous monitoring of digital trends, technologies and evolving customer behavior
- Assistance in the formulation and management of the annual marketing plan
- Independent management of projects
- Collaboration with other departments, such as Hotel Operations and Software Development
Profil
- Successfully completed vocational training in E-Commerce or an equivalent qualification
- Alternatively, a successfully completed degree specializing in marketing
- Professional experience in digital commerce is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach to work
- Analytical skills and excellent technical understanding
- Creative thinking and good communication skills in German and English
- Affinity for modern technologies
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
